Clear has invested in expanding its hosting capabilities for co-location and dedicated hosting customers through adding additial capacity in state-off-the art data-centres in both Melbourne and Sydney.

In Melbourne, Clear commenced services in the new state of the art,

iPrimus Internet Data Centre. This A grade data-centre with redundant power supplies and internet connectivity to Tier 1 carriers, give a new capability to customers and reseller of Clear's hosting services in Melbourne. The new capacity was acquired following a review of Clear's hosting requirements and comes on the back of increased demand for hosting of virualised servers and application services (such as Citrix) and dedicated hosting for many of its customers that are already being provided with connectivity solutions on its wireless, satellite or DSL networks.

One of the key advantages of using Clear's business hosting, is the free traffic between customer premises and hosting services when supplied with a Clear connectivity solution.

In Sydney, Clear's hosting capacity has been increased at Equinix data

centre. This, combined with PIPE Peering has significantly added to the applications and services that can be provided from Sydney by Clear's business grade data-services.
