To enhance the email service that we provide and reduce the overwhelming spam abuse on the Clearcentral domain name, the email for the domain @clearcentral.com.au will be moved to a new server.
What Does this Mean to for you?
Due to the spam abuse; it is in the best interest of our customers that we do NOT migrate existing email from the old mailboxes to the new mailboxes.
If you wish to keep your old emails please follow the steps detailed below in ‘What do I need to do’?

What do I need to do?
If you wish to have your old email restored to your new mailbox you can either follow the below instructions or alternatively request our support staff to do this for you.

Note – the support staff will restore your old email to your new mailbox once the migration has been completed (allow up to 72 hours for this to occur after the migration).

*Your Full Name
*Clear Central Email address’s
(you may have more than one email address, be sure to include them all)
*Contact phone number including area code
*Email address
Please Note, if you traditionally use an email client such as Outlook to download your email you will not require email to be migrated. However, if you keep a copy of the emails on the server please contact us to migrate your email.
Does my login change?
Yes, your login details will change and will take effect after the migration on 29th September. After the migration, you will require your full email address.
