With the help of customer feedback, Clear Networks is improving the email service for our valued customers.
To reduce spam and improve the email service, the outgoing mail server has changed from 'mail.clearmail.com.au' to 'smtp.clearmail.com.au'.

To create a new email address in Outlook Express, please follow this easy steps:
Outlook Express 5 and 6
Open Outlook Express
(Start > All Programs > Outlook Express)
Cancel any wizards or guides that may come up.
In Windows Mail Click on “Tools” then “Accounts”

In the new Internet Accounts window, Click on the “Mail” tab, then on “Add.. >” ”Mail....”

Enter a Display name and press “Next”, Note this is the name that is displayed to the recipients of your email, this does not need to match your account name, examples are;
Joe Bloggs
The Bloggs Family
Blogg Stock and Co

Now enter your email address, This may vary depending on your service, you can usually find it on your welcome guide and press next.
Satellite, Wireless, ADSL and VSDL customers (username)@clearmail.com.au
Clear Central, Central online Dialup customers (username)@clearcentral.com.au

Now Key in your server information and press next, the information varies depending on the service you are currently using, see the list below.

Key in your login and password and press “Next”

enter your FULL email address (including the @clearmail.com.au part)
Clear Central and Central Online Dialup:
Your dialup username
Password:
The password associated with this account
You will now be presented with a congratulations window. Simply click “Finish”

Outlook Express will now attempt to download your available email.
