You can also create shared calendars in Public Folders for all users to access.
Public Folders / File Sharing
Share files, tasks, calendars and contacts with your entire team using SureExchange Public Folders. Public Folders allow all users on the SureExchange service a common storage area - accessible in Outlook and Outlook Web Access anytime, anywhere. You also have complete control over which users can view/add/edit information within each public folder. All SureExchange accounts include 100MB of public folder space and 100MB of space per mailbox. Additional space is available for a nominal monthly fee.
Contacts
Keep your contacts and address book in a single centralised location accessible from anywhere in the world. You can also create shared contact lists in Public Folders. Store details of customers, donors, suppliers etc and make them available to your team.
