Clear Networks has commenced selling of NBN Satellite Services.  The NBN Satellite service takes over from the highly successful Australian Broadband Guarantee, whereby eligible consumers were able to gain broadband services throughout Australia at Metro Comparable levels.  Clear Networks is first to provide NBN Satellite Services, providing even higher speed downloads with 6mbps down and 1 mbps up.

A range of basic plans will be available for the first 4-5 months as services are enabled on the platform that will operate until NBNCo launches its own satellites (expected in 2015).  In November, Clear Network will be able to offer a more full-range of plans and downloads including its highly successful ClearTalk VOIP platform.

Customers unable to receive broadband in that meet the eligibility criteria will be able to register to receive a satellite service, which includes FREE installation and a choice of plans.
