Customer Eligibility
To be eligible for the Australian Broadband Guarantee (ABG) Program you can be:
- An individual - Your Premises needs to be your principal place of residence that is self-contained, not mobile and you need to live there for more than 6 consecutive months of the year.
- A small business customer - The business must have 20 or fewer full-time employees and a unique Australian Business Number The place of business must be set up in a manner that that represents a distinct place of operations for the Business (for example, an office)
- An Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community Council
To be eligible for the Australian Broadband Guarantee Program:
You are unable to receive a broadband service of at least a 512k/128k and 3000MB per month for a total price of $2500 over three years.
