*Open plans are not limited in speed. Speeds for most customers will be between 2 and 4mbps download. Speed for customers will be dependent on their location, signal strength of their vsat and internet destination. For ABG Data Speed testing purposes, Open Plans are considered to have a peak speed of 1m/256kbps.

Please note that all plans come with bonus off-peak* data, doubling your total data each month or more.E.g. If you're on a 500MB plan you get an extra 500MB (off-peak*) FREE!If you're on a 2GB plan you get 2GB (off-peak*) FREE!Many plans offer more than double bonus data. Peak time is from 11am to 11pm, off-peak is from 11pm to 11am (except for Nite plans). Nite Plan peak time is from 7am to 11pm and off-peak is from 11pm to 7am
Data Blocks:
Should you need more data download during any month, you are able to purchase additional data-blocks at any time to increase your download usage. Anyone on a shaped plan can have their speed un-restricted by purchasing the additional data-block, and those on excess usage plans are able to avoid the much more expensive excess usage fees. You are able to apply the data-block as a once off, or for a series of months or apply it permanently.

You can choose either a volume or capped option for any of the plans below. Capped means your speed will 'shaped' to 64k/64k after your total data allowance has been used. Volume plans are not shaped but there is $0.05 fee per MB after your allowance has been used. we recommend volume plans for business or SOHO users to ensure your service is not impacted.

Open Speeds for most customers will be between 2 and 4mbps download. Plan is based on 1m/256kbps for purposes of ABG registration.
AUP Shaping: According to our Acceptable Use Policy, capped or fixed rate plans are subject to shaping (or bandwidth throttling) after a user reaches the indicated monthly bandwidth threshold. This shaping will reduce the bandwidth to dial-up equivalent speed for the remainder of the month.
Data included: Uploads and downloads are calculated. Capped: Bandwidth is shaped to 64k/64k after monthly data allowance is used.
Clear Networks Peak times are 11am to 11pm and off peak 11pm to 11am except for Nite plans. Nite Plans have a peak time from 7am to 11pm and off-peak from 11pm to 7am. Plan changes are free and permitted once a month as per the terms and conditions however this is to an existing Clear Networks plan only. No Contract refers to a 30 day agreement. If you wish to cancel your contract at any time you can do so and it will apply from the beginning of the following month. As per the terms and conditions outlined in the contract the Modem ownership remains with Clear Networks. $0 install applies to new customers only. With volume plans you pay a low $0.05 excess per MB. With Capped plans there are no additional fees - your speed is reduced to 64k/64k when you reach your data limit
