Finding the support your require is made simple by our user friendly how to guides and questions and answers.
Simply click on the information that you require for example, if you require assistance in setting up your Dial Up account, click on Dial Up and follow our step by step guide.
If you require further assistance please contact our friendly customer care team on 1300 855 215 who will be more than happy to assist or alternatively chat live with support by clicking on Live Support.
Technical Support is available Monday to Friday 8.00am - 8.00pm and Saturdays 10.00am - 4.00pm.
Feedback
At Clear Networks we are continuously striving to identifying ways in which we can enhance the service we offer our customers. We believe the main way that we achieve this is through the feedback that we receive from you.
What you can expect when you send us feedback:
- We will respond to all feedback within 24 – 48 business hours
- Our Customer Care Consultants can resolve your query via phone or email as the first point of contact
- In the event that you are dissatisfied with the response or explanation offered we request you raise a formal notification outlining the issue and our Feedback officer will be responsible for liaising with you to find a solution
- If you are not happy with the response that you have received your Feedback will then be escalated to the Customer Care General Manager
